Users who post properties agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• They have the legal right to list the property
• Photos and descriptions are not misleading
• Listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• They will remove listings once the property is no longer available

4. Payments & Fees

Certain services require payment, including:

• Listing Fees: Charged when posting premium properties
• Verification Fees: Charged to verify user identity or property ownership
• Transaction Fees: Applied to completed rental or sale transactions

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Bet-Seri Real Estate — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

By posting content (photos, descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bet-Seri Real Estate acts as a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of listings posted by users
• Disputes between tenants, landlords, and agents
• Financial losses from transactions between users
• Property conditions or legal compliance of listings

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Receive multiple valid complaints from other users
• Remain inactive for over 24 months

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
